Questions I get

Is 4-6 weeks realistic for a complex product?

It is, on one condition: the scope is fixed at the start and we cut against it, not around it. Most of the time an MVP loses is spent on handovers and re-explaining, and with one person there are none.

Who owns the code?

You do. Say so in the agreement and it is settled.

What happens after launch?

That depends on what you need. I can hand it over with the architecture documented, or stay on part-time as the architect. Both are normal.

How do we start?

Tell me the product and the deadline. If I think it does not fit into the timeline, I will say that before we start, not halfway through.

What do you not do?

Design systems built as a visual exercise, and projects where nobody can say what problem the product solves. I need a decision-maker on the other side.
